Dream: Fear Death by Water

Just before I woke up this morning I was hiking along the train tracks with a bunch of other people. It felt like a class field trip, but everyone else was 10 years younger than me. The tracks led across the water, so we had to be a little more careful with our footing. Fortunately, they were pretty wide, a lot like the MagLev tracks in Halo 2's Terminal, which I saw for the first time yesterday. While we were walking, one of the chaperones said that the lake was so deep, the fall to the bottom would kill you. At least, if you weren't eaten by the fish.

We made it to the shopping mall and everyone split up. I bought some used Warhammer books and a mostly-empty jar of blue paint from an unscrupulous bookstore. masui was waiting for me outside, and it only took us a few minutes to find richandfamous.

My radio came on just after I woke up, and I learned that park rangers in Whiskeytown National Recreation Area had just discovered a waterfall more than 300 feet high inside the park.
